The Center for Information and Communication, through its operation of the Campus Network (HUNET), information education training rooms, and various other common-use information systems, conducts the following services as an intra-campus common-use facility:

1. Communication support through electronic mail and web services.
2. Information educational support through information processing labs.
3. Scientific research system (high-speed computer for scientific data processing), Academic information support (database for the library), Educational information management system (digital movie and image fabrication and editing), Campus-wide, cooperative-access educational and research support.
