Aims of Establishment
Based on the philosophy of the Fundamental Law of Education (Law No. 25, enacted in 1947), Hyogo University of Teacher Education was established in order to make a contribution to the development of education, academia and culture. The intention was to promote comprehensive research into the theory and application of a wide range of scientific matter related to school education, as well as foster future teachers, with creativity, intelligence and humanity, who can play an important role in culture and society.
